MINI Models: Your Guide To The MINI Lineup
Find out what separates the different models of MINI
The appeal of the MINI appears to be timeless; their classic good looks, fuel efficiency and cool features keep them near the top of wishlists for many motorists. MINI have worked hard to keep their models sympathetic to their roots, whilst keeping up with their competitors in the trim and technology stakes.
If you’re on the lookout for a MINI, a great starting point would be to familiarise yourself with the available MINI models that are up for grabs. This article breaks down what to expect from each of the available MINI models on the market and the features that accompany them.
Meet the MINI models
MINI Hatch
Small but mighty, the first BMW MINI Hatch burst onto the scene in 2001, staying loyal to the original design, but with plenty of modern ambition. The MINI Hatch is still as frequently spotted on British roads as they always were, and it’s not hard to see why; they’re great fun to drive!
MINI Clubman
If the MINI Hatch is just a little too ‘mini’ for you, but you’re still charmed by the brand, the MINI Clubman is a model that you should consider. With increased space inside thanks to its estate body type, it’s far more appealing to families, and those who need to carry cargo regularly. Features such as cruise control, air conditioning and automatic lights and wipers make long journeys a breeze.
MINI Countryman
While the Clubman gives you estate style, the Countryman takes it up a notch into SUV territory. While no longer compact like its Hatch counterparts, the Countryman is still a relatively small SUV compared to others on the market, making it the ideal compromise if you prefer a more agile car.
MINI Convertible
When it comes to embracing the spirit of open-air driving without compromising on iconic style and modern features, the MINI Convertible is a true embodiment of these values — seamlessly blending classic MINI design cues with a retractable soft-top roof that elevates the driving experience to new heights.
